Role Overview

An integral part of the IT team, and under the supervision of China IT Infrastructure Manager, this role is user-centric, technical, and will require self-discipline. The role of Sys Admin/IT Support will have an emphasis on maintaining company systems, updating policies, and troubleshooting issues that are above the technical capability of level 1 support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Patch Management
• Firewall Management
• Active Directory, GPO Management, WSUS
• Conform to and enforce company IT security policies
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Establish annual targets for “New” revenue with Regional IT Director

Requirements

• IT related degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support
• High-level of problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Intermediate+ level of English preferred
• Knowledge in Linux, Windows 10, Windows server 2008-2016, FreeNAS, pfSense, etc. OS’s
