Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:  

• designing, developing, testing and deploying new apps and systems;
• administering, maintaining and enhancing existing apps and systems;
• providing technical support to end users; and
• undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Educational Technology and Development Unit and his/her nominees.

Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes: 

• a recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
• at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in programming, app and web application design;
• solid experience in app development with Appcelerator Titanium;
• solid experience in web application development with Node.js, PHP;
• in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
• hands-on experience in front-end library like JQuery and Bootstrap;
• a good command of English; and
• experience in VR app development would be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a trade test.

Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.
