Responsibilities: 

• Lead in all stages of the software development life cycle including requirement and feasibility studies, system analysis and design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance support;
• Communicate with business users, IT managers for requirements;
• Prepare functional and technical design;
• Prepare and maintain relevant system documentations;
• Lead the offshore development team to complete the tasks;
• Ensure compliance to project standards, quality requirements and on-time delivery 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Computer Science or relevant discipline; 
• 5+ years of IT software development experiences with at least 2 years serving in a similar role
• Knowledge in .NET or other functional programming. 
• Experience with any of the following tools / libraries would be an advantage:

• React or other modern web development framework
• React Native
• TypeScript
• Native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java)
• .NET core
• Node.JS
• Microsoft Azure / Amazon AWS/ AliCloud
• Automation Anywhere / UIPath RPA tools
• Power BI

• Excellent technical and problem solving skills
• Familiar with software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile)
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Analyst Programmer
