Job Nature:

• Conduct user requirements study and gap analysis
• Work out system and database design as well as program specifications
• Lead teammates to develop business applications on .NET or Java platform
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, data cleansing & migration and application deployment.
• Prepare system, technical and user documentation
• Manage various tasks in different stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
• Render post implementation support service in both operational and technical perspectives

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Possess minimum 3 years’ proven working experience in application design, development, testing and deployment
• Project experience in system implementation & support in Retail, CRM, Supply Chain or ERP Integration is preferable
• Solid technical knowledge and skills in managing development on Microsoft .NET framework or Java platform.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a team with proven tasks management skills
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less working experience can apply for Senior Analyst Programmer/ Analyst Programmer.
