Systems Analyst (Ref: 20003GI)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Participating in the development and maintenance of the University’s core administrative systems (in particular Human Resources Management System, Taleo Recruiting System and Oracle Financial System);
• Assisting in analyze user requirements, performing system design, development, testing and related system support as well as preparing related system documents; and
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or a related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in applications development;
• Solid experience in the development and support of systems in business areas concerned;
• Technical knowledge and experience in implementing or supporting applications using Oracle EBS ver.12.1 or above, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, JAVA, Discoverer Reports;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Proficient in both English & Chinese, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.
