Duties:
 
The appointee will be responsible for (i) conducting system design, analysis, development, testing and implementation of application systems; (ii) preparing documentations for user requirements, design specifications, test plans and test cases; (iii) providing on-going supports, maintenances and enhancements for developed application systems; (iv) providing system operation supports to departments and units; and (v) undertaking such other duties as duly assigned by the Director of Information Technology Services Centre.

Appointment Criteria:
 
Applicants should: (i) have a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; (ii) have at least 6 years’ relevant work experience; (iii) have solid experience in Web and Java application development using Java, MVC framework (e.g. Spring or Struts), JSP, PHP, Ajax etc.; (iv) have experience in DBMS development using MSSQL and MySQL; (v) have excellent analytical skills; and (vi) be self-motivated and able to work independently.
