Responsibilities

• Report to IT Manager and work with Systems Engineers on a regular basis;
• Conduct systems support and administration including network, servers & PCs, hardware and software, and application systems;
• Perform systems deployment, configuration, operation and maintenance for HKFC's various networks and system infrastructure;
• Conduct ad-hoc troubleshooting for incident management;
• Develop approach on security management including control, monitor, administer and promote user awareness;
• Conduct servers, workstations and other computer peripherals performance monitoring, installation, configuration and patches update;
• Provide frontline help desk support to both local and remote users;
• Prepare and update IT operations procedure and systems documentation, and
• Work closely with HKCF's IT team members and also with other departments on various projects.

Requirements
• Higher certificate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relevant disciplines;
• Possessing of technical qualifications such as CCNA, CCNE, MCSA, MCTS, OCA, Network+, CEH is an advantage;
• Experience in system configurations relating to databases and operating systems, with solid experience on network infrastructure;
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in systems operations and network administration;
• Solid knowledge of MS Windows, Ad, Exchange, Web Server, VM Ware, SharePoint, SQL Server, Backup/Restore, Router/Switch, VPN, firewall and anti-spam device;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Platform, Windows 2008 Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, Scripting, IIS, Virtualization, SQL Server, Backup & Restore methodology, Strong in Exchange and/or Storage Technology is a plus;
• Good working knowledge on Cisco or other 2" tier products, especially configuration of catalyst, router, put and security appliance;
• Independent, resourceful and flexible to handle multitasks;
• Service-oriented and attentive to details, and
• A mature team player with good interpersonal skill to work with different levels of people.
