Responsibilities

• Record, perform and follow up project tasks, calls, incidents and on-going issues
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner, in regards to technology, operation and other inquiries
• Analyze, recommend and implement fixes and documentation work
• Research for product information and product evaluation

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT related majors with minimum 1 year related working experience.
• Recent graduates with good attitude are welcome.
• Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, good at reporting and self-management.
• Result-oriented and performance-oriented, a self-learner on new technologies.
• Good team player, good problem solving skills and communication skills.
