Job Responsibilities:

• Perform helpdesk operations
• Ensures cross communications between IT teams and users
• Report to helpdesk supervisor
• Ensures service levels are maintained
• IT Support, Troubleshooting
• Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems
• Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date helpdesk knowledge base
• Maintain helpdesk reports
• Shift duty is required

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above
• High Diploma is an advantage
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• At least 1 years of post-qualification IT experience
• Less experienced or Fresh graduates candidate will be considered as Trainee
• Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
