As a Lead Architect resource, responsible for the translation of business requirements into specific process aligned designs for the Siemens PLM Software solution based on multi product/multi industry domain knowledge and standard methodologies in the subject area. Responsibilities Work with Product Development in the creation of the product roadmap influence the design of new product functionality and industry solutions Interact with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption by demonstrating the complete Siemens Delivery framework. Act as solution consultant to strategic Global Sales/PreSales pursuits and Services projects, Provide direction for process design, process integration and process change activities either internally or at customer sites. Requirements: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Demonstrate systems engineering knowledge and experience, familiarity with industry best practices and standards around MBSE, etc. Requirements Engineering, System Architecture Definition: Expertise around requirements analysis and management, complex system architecture modeling and simulation, etc. Process Modeling: Expertise in high-level architecture modeling and/or solution process modeling using standard modeling approaches like BPMN or similar practices. Project Management: Ability how to self-manage but also lead project team (organize work, manage schedules, etc.) The ability to pass a BPSS clearance, SC preferred.
