WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• As the Systems Specialist Process Parts Chain, you will be the fact holder for logistic processes with a specific focus on customer order and despatch processes.
• You will be accountable for operational support for current SAP R/3 system issues and liaise with Logistics Service Providers.
• Driving measures to support process efficiency in collaboration with Process Specialists and Logistics Service Providers.
• You will ensure data integrity and maintenance at change points and launches (handover launch to series).
• You will provide and lead end to end testing, including defect steering as well as leading go-live planning, cutover and stabilisations of new system introductions. You will lead training of new system processes with service providers.
• Steering inputs from SAP end-users and influencing Group standard process design to ensure future SAP S/4 HANA systems support operational requirements; and working with central project teams to realise introduction.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, specific experience in customer order and goods receipt or despatch processes beneficial.
• Excellent IT skills with strong systems capability in SAP (HANA) and coding skills is desirable.
• Experience/Knowledge agile methodology and test execution is beneficial.
• Possessing excellent project management skills is important.
• Qualification or experience in value added principles and continuous improvement desirable.
