Talent & Culture Director

Is the keeper of Accor's Heartist® culture within the hotel and a strategic business partner to support the efficiency of a well-run operation. Goes beyond diversity to foster a culture of inclusion and performance, cooperates closely with the hotel’s management board and works cross-departmentally to enable our talent to grow and reach their full potential. Has a perfect understanding and clear vision of the brand’s promise to the employees, is exemplary in manner and behavior. Is a coach, mentor and leader.

Is responsible for implementing Accor's Heartist® culture throughout the hotel with the support of the management board. Coordinates and manages recruitment & staffing, training & development, compensation & benefits, health & safety and employee & labor relations in terms of the continuous improvement process. Is additionally responsible for budgeting, employee engagement and legal labor compliance.

Your experience, skills and job requirements include:

• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in the role within 5-star hotels of international organizations.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker with Egyptian nationality.
• Must have full professional proficiency in English.
• Must have strong professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Formal presentation skills are a plus.
• Must have the ability to work in semi-remote locations.
• Must have a structured approach towards Talent & Culture, with strong interpersonal skills.
