Job Description

Your Experience and Skills Include: 

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent & Culture Department 

- Degree in Human Resources Management 

- Preferrably from Hospitality Industry

- Ability to drive change and look for operational efficience across network

- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

 

What will you be doing:

- Direct & coordinate the over all activities of Talent & Culture department 

- Adhere to policies & procedures, Rules & regulations as laid down by the Hotel in order to achieve the hghest levels of People Management

- General Administration of Talent & Culture Department 

- Assist in recruitment, planning employee activities, etc.
