This position is responsible for developing online training business and strengthening Academy’s digital marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Online Training Business Development
2.Develop potential partners and coordinate internal/external resources to build up online training capability;
3.Develop new customers to execute working plan and accomplish sales target monthly;
4.Work out project plan and launch it independently;
5.Work with sales team to offer total training solution to customers;
6.Define and develop suitable trainers for online trainings;
7.Maintain and update client/trainer/consultant database;
8.Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Digital Marketing Development
2.Launch and improve online campaigns through different digital channels;
3.Track, review, monitor and analyze digital campaigns metrics to show positive ROI.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, other majors such as IT, marketing, business management, new media, etc.
2. 3+ year working experience in online training sales/marketing/BD;
3.Has ability to deal with multiple tasks and work independently with teamwork spirit;
4.Experience interacting with and coordinating multiple functions, ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions;
5.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), web design would be a plus;
6.Fluent in English, spoken and written;
7.Willing to take short-term business trips.
