Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The electromechanical leader is the first line responsible for the needs of the machinery, electro mechanics and the building regarding maintenance for the assigned areas. Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment including Hydraulic, Pneumatic devices. Preventive and planned maintenance. PLC, TPM, 5S’s, CMMS ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The electromechanical leader is responsible for the follow up and the needs of the assigned area based on the next criteria: Do team work whit the coworkers such a Leader of the cell, quality and production control of the area. Follow the needs for the area regarding maintenance and do straight pant to accomplish them. Schedule and track the daily activities of the personnel at his area regarding maintenance. Execute preventive, corrective and productive maintenance. Must have theorical knowledge about diagnostic of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical system. Responsible of the proper working of the machines on his area. Development of electrical control circuits for improvements on the machines. Theorical knowledge of PLC and electrical circuits and diagrams. Problem solving Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope and ampmeter Ability to train others Leadership and common sense. Team work Low supervision and Bias for action. Ideas generator Education/Previous Experience Requirements Technical Degree / or in the job training. More than 5 years’ experience.
