En Eaton (Haina Republica Dominicana) tenemos la vacante Técnico de Calidad. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Realizar inspecciones y auditorías a los procesos de manufactura; con el objetivo de asegurar la calidad del producto siguiendo los estándares de calidad de la empresa Digitar reportes de producción diarios/semanales/mensuales. Realizar auditoría visual de los materiales que ingresan a la línea de producción, para asegurarse de que cumplan con los estimados requeridos. Verificar que todos los materiales a utilizar para la construcción de un producto sean los correctos. Verificar el ensamble correcto del producto, realizando auditorias por horas a los ensambladores de la línea de manufactura. Realizar auditoria final, mediante distintas verificaciones y pruebas de destrucción.Llevar data en Minitab de todas las medidas tomadas en el proceso. Proveer reporte de discrepantes en las auditorías. Investigar la causa raíz de no conformidad. Entrenar el personal en las actividades de sorteo de material no conforme. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las funciones. Qualifications REQUISITOS: Grado de Tecnólogo en Electrónica, Mecánica o Electricidad o Bachiller Técnico Profesional en Electrónica/Electricidad/Mecánica o Estudiante Universitario de las ramas de Ingeniería con un mínimo de 85 créditos aprobados o mínimo de 250 (doscientas cincuenta) horas de estudios en las áreas de Electrónica/Electricidad/Mecánica/Calidad. Conocimientos básicos de inglés. Conocimientos Intermedios Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point. Conocimientos Técnicos (Preferibles).
