PRIMARY FUNCTION: Como Técnico de Ingeniería estarás involucrado directamente con los procesos de ingeniería y manufactura del área, proponiendo y liderando actividades de mejora en los procesos, proporcionando alternativas a través de las herramientas de solución de problemas y análisis y asegurando que el proceso sea seguro, funcione sin problemas y que el producto sea siempre de alta calidad. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Control de manejo de herramientas de medición (ubicación, verificación, etc.) Soporte a Personal de Producción para tener disponibles las Herramientas Manuales en tiempo y forma para producción. (Soporte Interpretación de dibujos, planos, llenado de DMR etc.) Entrenamientos a personal (LOTOS, JSA, PS, AV etc.) Calibración de Equipos de Medición del Área y Monitorear fecha de Caducidad. Mantener buenas prácticas de seguridad dentro de la Planta. Comunicar continuamente al personal para mantener la cultura Cero Incidentes/Accidentes. Disposición de DMR Gestión de compras para producción vía Oracle, MFG Pro, Vallen. Firmas de órdenes de Compra Análisis de mejora con herramientas Ishikawa y 8Ds. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Experiencia utilizando poka-yokes Conocimiento de soldadura de puntos Manejo y uso adecuado de herramientas de taller (llaves, limas, machuelos, arco segueta, etc.) Manejo de instrumentos de medición (vernier, micrómetros, comparador óptico, keyence, etc.) Conocimiento básico de proceso de prensado. Conocimiento en manejo de taladros de banco y riveteadoras. Habilidades para exponer proyectos. Actitud de servicio ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Carrera técnica terminada o universidad en proceso o trunca. Ingles nivel básico de lectura. Manejo de equipo de medición. Conocimiento de conceptos de calidad. Interpretación de planos. Manejo de herramientas de resolución de problemas (PDCA, 8 D’s) Conocimiento de DMR’s, Interim’s, y Process Sheet.
