Mantener inventarios de repuestos y suministros para el mtto. Mantener y administrar el taller de mantenimiento de moldes Mantener la maquinaria y utillaje en condiciones óptimas Ajustar moldes y componentes de repuesto Mejoras o reparaciones a los moldes para evitar defectos en las piezas moldeadas como rebabas, venteos, pulidos, etc. Responsabilidades Mantener en óptimas condiciones y funcionamiento todos los moldes de inyección Mantener en óptimas condiciones el taller de moldes Mantenimiento preventivo de los moldes al 100% Mantenimiento correctivo de los moldes Autoridad de parar maquina si puede estar en riesgo la integridad del molde por condiciones de proceso Autoridad para parar maquina si por condiciones del molde está en riesgo la integridad del operador Autoridad para parar maquina si por condiciones del molde está en riesgo la calidad del producto Qualifications Requisitos Carrera Técnica en Moldeo / Mecatrónica / Mecánica / Procesos O Bachillerato terminado. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en procesos de moldeo de maquinas de inyección de plástico indispensable.
