Objetivo Detener los procesos y los comportamientos cuando no cumplan con las políticas y los procedimientos de EHS. Función principal Esta posición apoya los esfuerzos ambientales, de salud y seguridad en el sitio. Es responsable de: respaldar las actividades de EHS en su(s) ubicación(es), lo que incluye: mantener los sistemas y procesos de EHS, los sistemas de monitoreo y medición, dar seguimiento al cierre de acciones de EHS, capacitación en EHS al personal, dirigir/apoyar las investigaciones de incidentes y apoyar las actividades de evaluación interna del sitio. Responsabilidades A. Ayuda en la implementeación de MESH (sistema de Administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente) e ISO 14001. B. Apoya la evaluación de riesgos en la ubicación para identificar peligros y aspectos críticos de EHS. C. Apoya en el seguimiento de indicadorespara monitorear el desempeño de EHS. D. Apoya a los campeones de los elementos de MESH y ayuda a la implementación y adueñamiento (Ej. Elemento de Trabajos en alturas, Elemento de Espacios Confinados, Elemento de Residuos, etc) E. Apoya y promueve la cultura de EHS de cero incidentes en todo el sitio. F. Apoya los programas de 3a parte (Ej. Industria Limpya y Autogestión) y los programa corporativos de EHS de Eaton. G. Apoya con la ejecución para garantizar que todos los controles operativos clave de EHS estén implementados (listas de verificación, revisiones periódicas del área, rutinas diarias de EHS, etc.) H. Apoya la creación e implementación de documentos. I. Apoya las diferentes actividades relacionadas con EHS en el sitio (simulacros, Semana MESH, capacitaciones, campañas, etc.) Qualifications Requerimientos Escolaridad requerida Ingeniería, Preparatoria con especialidad en Seguridad Industrial o Carrera técnica afin. Experiencia requerida Deseable un año de experiencia en áreas de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad. Conocimientos Técnicos Capacitación en temas de Seguridad, Higiene Industrial, Materiales Peligrosos y Respuesta a Emergencias.
