Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Construir y reparar piezas, fixtures y dar mantenimiento a los tornos, fresadoras y cortadores de metal.. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Fabricar piezas de consumo continuo, manteniendo así un inventario o KANBAN disponible para las líneas. Ejecutar las acciones asignadas a través de Faciliworks. Interpretar diagramas y planos para confeccionar sus piezas. Manejo de equipos especializados de medición como calipers, micrómetros, durómetros entre otros. Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de mejora continua en las áreas asignadas. Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a los equipos del área de tool room. Mantener actualizado los procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo a los equipos del tool room. Realizar inspecciones técnicas y de seguridad a los equipos asignados durante su turno de trabajo. Creación, ajuste y modificación de piezas para soportar proyectos, Kaizen y mantenimiento de máquinas. Construcción y ensamble de guardas de seguridad según requerimientos establecidos. Cumplir con requerimientos de Lean. Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Graduado de Técnico en Torno Fresadora o Metalmecánico (Tecnólogo, Formación Dual/ Bachiller Técnico). Indispensable: Experiencia en programación y mantenimiento de máquinas CNC como Tornos, Fresadoras, etc. CNC (Lenguaje Master cam) Experiencia mínima de 4 años o más en el área y/o posiciones similares. Ingles Técnico (Preferible) Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office.
