Job Description

This Chief of Staff and TA position supports (TDM and DEAS) Technology Definition and Modeling and Design Enablement Application and Support in the Technology Development Group. The person in this position will provide counsel, assistance and coordination to drive decision making processes and assure successful execution of the strategic business objectives related to technology modeling and end to end design enablement.

Responsibilities include

  • Supporting the TDM and DEAS department's business operations such as, but not limited to, reporting on key deliverables and weekly KPIs, staffing, planning and budgeting, chairing staff meetings and other relevant meetings, overseeing department Wellnomics and training compliance, working with staff to ensure ops review materials are ready with high quality.
  • Developing communications for both Internal and external audiences, and coordinating group activities and cross-functional teams meetings.
  • The Chief of Staff plays a key role in working directly with the staff to set priorities and understand gaps, working with executives and senior leaders across Intel and serving as the point of contact within TDM and DEAS department for other Intel organizations that interact with the TDM and DEAS organization.

  • Ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas
  • Ability to quickly build a high level of trust; this individual will be exposed to highly critical and confidential information.
  • Ability to handle high degrees of task and deadline pressure.


Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field

15+ years of professional experience in the following:

  • Process technology, Design flows and methods, design kits and external Foundry ecosystem
  • Excel and PPT skills; able to interpret data and information to develop a clear / impactful business stories with information

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
