Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for expansion projects Talent Acquisition strategies and delivery for Intel Malaysia focusing on best in class quality of hire and customer experience.

The Candidate will need to set priorities for the team to get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees and manage performance.

  • Partner with stakeholders to determine recruiting priorities and capacity and project mapping hiring progress.
  • Manages the recruitment and human resources planning functions. Utilizes internal/external resume tracking systems to expedite the process of identifying qualified candidates.
  • Ensures meeting corporate brand image throughout recruiting campaigns. Develops and implements recruiting plans to open requisitions within competitive cost per hire. Ensures company staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Partner Director, Project Lead and business customers to ensure excellent candidate experience
  • Identifies and maintains solutions and contracts with outside recruiting sources and providers.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Establishes operational objectives and work plans. Involved in developing , modifying and executing company policies that may affect immediate company-wide effects.
  • Manage the talent business with data. Resolve issues with analysis of situations and data to deliver an in-depth insights and actions.
  • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to maximize results. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on topics concerning several functional areas, divisions and/or customers.
  • Requires the ability to influence or gain acceptance from others in challenging situations. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets schedules, work plans and performance requirements.

Practice situational leadership amongst peer staff and business members. Able to develop common goals objectives across individuals and teams, negotiate for resource and support, hold the team accountable for results and provide tools, coaching, recognition and rewards to motivate and energize the team. A person that is sought after by peer members and functions, both as a source of personal expertise and collaborative force.


Qualifications

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • The equivalent of a Masters' Degree and at least 10 years of HR professional experience especially hands on experience in Talent Acquisition for at least 5 years including people management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven record to work with agility and deliver hiring results with flexibility under stressful and ambiguous business conditions, demonstrated leadership capability in your current role.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia and Asia talent market competition including supply-demand landscape and trends.
