.NATIVE SPEAKER 
-you must be between 22 and 60 yrs old
- you must have a university degree (notarized)
- you must have 2 years experience or tesol/tefl certificate (notarized)
-in new to China, criminal background check (notarized)

.NON NATIVE SPEAKER 
-you MUST be between 22-60 years old
-you MUST have a university degree from a native English speaking country (notarized)
- you MUST have 2 years experience or tesol/tefl certificate (notarized)
-If new to China, must have a criminal background check (notarized)
