Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or university graduate in accounting or related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ practical tax experience in BIG 4 and/or commercial environment or the Inland Revenue Department (with keen interest in real estate) is highly preferred.
• Responsible for managing regular tax compliance and tax planning assignments and ad hoc projects, and coordinating with different departments and leading external consultants.
• Conducting research & feasibility study and up keeping HK and SEA property investment portfolio.
• Maintaining and updating tax control, filing system and database for information management.
• Good writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great initiative and flexibility.
• Dynamic team-player with good commercial sense.
