Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Execution and implementation of Japan TBR Sales programs and strategies in coordination with Area Market Director
• Achievement of Japan TBR sales results, in line with Regional Sales Director guidelines and strategy
• Regional-Local operation scope (Japan)
• Support and full collaboration with Fleets’ team and Business Planning team
• To design and support Sales Force Training Program development and implementation.
Qualifications:
• >8 years’ experience in TBR sales.
• Good English level (written & spoken)
• Customer oriented
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Financial acumen
• Team Management: Good skills for leading, motivating and developing people
• Strong communication skills
• Collaboration and team work spirit
• Goal clarity and priority setting skills
• Able to work under high sales performance pressure.
