Job Description
- As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Performs human resource operations management functions of ES specialists that may include resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs; coaching, influence and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company and benefits policies, relocation management transactions.
- Additionally, these employees often perform or have primary responsibility, for human resource management consultation, human resource strategic planning, organizational development, and quality of work life issues facilitation and resolution.
- Provides direction, leadership and expertise requiring sound judgment and independent decision making at all levels in an organization.
- Develops, recommends, and implements consistently compliant and efficient human resource operations management policies and practices.
- Manages the GWM organization which includes Travel, Card and Expenses and the Supplier Payments and Audits team. Effectively partners with Program Offices and Stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement to achieve results, adopts scalable repeatable processes.
- Manages budget and resources.
- Leverages extended network to develop, implement new strategies to streamline biz processes and source capabilities. Develops and maintains business process controls and monitors to assure legal and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance or industrial engineer
- Management experience
- 7+ years of experience
- 100% English (written/spoken)
- Strong teamwork focus
- Can-do attitude (MOTIVATOR is a must)

- Senior stakeholder management (create connections/partnerships)

Preferred qualifications
- Relocation, Travel, Card and Expense business acumen (experience)
- Automation/Optimization basic understanding
- Supplier management experience
- Project Management experience (degree is a plus)
- Coaching experience (degree is a plus)

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
