The NAND Technology Development organization is seeking an experienced business operations team member. The role will involve establishing business processes, budgeting systems and spend management. This role will also require collaboration with cross-site, functional teams (e.g. Finance, HR, Engineering, etc.) across global sites.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with finance, HR, and engineering team to manage budget, forecast, performance to plan tracking.
Manage Plan of Record (POR) for yearly, quarterly and monthly close.
Partner with HR to manage workforce planning.
Establish business processes, change management, and workflows for technology development to achieve consistently, targeted results.
Manage monthly operations review with executives.
Standardize business processes, dashboards, and reports.
Manage and coordinate group activities at the Santa Clara site (e.g. space management, etc).

The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Crooke as CEO, previously senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group. Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Finance, Operations, Business, or Engineering and 3+ years experience in the following:
Business operations or technology development.
C++, Python, Java, or a similar programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Finance, Operations, Business, or Engineering and 1+ year' s experience in the minimum qualifications.
Semiconductor wafer fabrication development/manufacturing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$91,500.00-$137,140.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
