1. Design ICT test Software and Hardware, building, debug, implementation, documentation, and maintain ICT fixtures fo PCBA . 2. Design test fixture, tooling, electronic circuits, PCB Layout according to design rule, finish the test BOM. 4. Work with R&D or quality team to make test plan and other test documents. 5. Implement ATE, FCT, ICT testing performance, coverage, efficiency, FPY improvement. 6. Give feedback to the project leaders and resource owners for ongoing projects; Build up good communication with other departments, purchaser, projects, quality. 7. Strong analytical/debug skills Qualifications 1.Education level required：Bachelor’s degree with major in Automation,Electronic,Computer Science 2.Years and area of experience required：3+ years experience 3.Technical knowledge 1）Familiar with major test instruments, such as DMM, IO and Oscilloscopes; 2）Ability to work independently and with a team. 3）Have experience about ATE, FCT, test fixture and ICT equipment related design, ICT fixture experience is a plus; 4）2+ years of NI LabVIEW programming, debug. Knowledge of C or VB programming, National Instruments DAQ cards and equipment is a plus. 5）Good at reading, oral and writing in English. 4.Soft skills： 1）Good communication with other departments 2）Strong quick learning and self-study ability.
