Role description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher to join our Physical Education Department (English International Stream – Secondary Department). The successful candidate will be required to teach across all age groups and activities and contribute fully to our extra-curricular sports programme.

The position is initially envisaged as a temporary part-time role for six months, with the possibility of extending to a permanent role from August 2021onwards.

What is required and what we’re looking for

• Teacher qualification
• 3 years teaching experience preferred
• Excellent English speaker with sound written and oral communication skills (native speaker level)
• Culturally sensitive, tolerant and patient
• Positive work ethic
• Positive, proactive and independent work ethic
• Experience of, or knowledge of, the IB Diploma Programme
• A subsidiary subject (in addition to PE) may be advantageous.
