Qualifications :

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college, etc.
• Possess valid Green Card
• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD
• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
• Candidates with safety supervisor training certificate will be an added advantages
• Graduates of Year 2019 will be considered

   

Job Duties:

• Assist supervisors in housing maintenance works, including making and recording site measurements and records;
• Prepare drawings, sketches, estimate works costs, etc. ;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
