Active 8 Education: English Teacher Vacancy
This position commences on the 1st of March 2017.
Active 8 is an independent tutoring school that focuses on English education. We only pick quality teachers as we care about our students and our reputation. We currently have schools and opportunities in Beijing, China. We cater to all levels of English learners from kindergarten to adult business classes.
The position currently available is for a teacher for kindergarten and training centre classes. A maximum of 18.5 teaching hours per week. 10 flexible office hours per week. Overtime must be agreed upon by the teacher and school and will be paid at the base rate of 200¥ph (Overtime is paid at a minimum of 200¥ per hour and a maximum of 315¥ per hour).
Requirement and preferences:
*Good interpersonal skills
*Patient
*Good with body language and gesture
*A solid understanding of how to teach English and what is important in this process
*Trustworthy and honest
*Someone who really cares about their student's development
*Teacher must have proven credentials (minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent)
*2 years of experience in tutoring, teaching or assisting is needed.
*One of the following teaching certificates are required (TEFL or equivalent, CELTA, DELTA, QTS)
*English ability must be native level

Please note: new regulations in China state we cannot hire non-native speakers unless you have a degree from a native English country in addition to the list above.
Remuneration:
Option A
12000¥ per month, 12 months a year.
Accommodation paid for and provided close to the area of work.
Option B
15000¥ per month, 12 months a year.
Assistance in finding accommodation in the area of work.
The following are included in both option A and B:
Working visa and Foreign Expert Certificate (FEC) provided.
One recurring annual return flight ticket to and from Beijing and your home.
Insurance for health and other things required by Beijing law.
Bonuses based on performance.
Salary raise after the first year contract if re-signing, based on evaluation.
