Applicants should have; 

• Recognised National or International Coaching Certification - such as USPTA, ITF (Hong Kong) Level 3, Australian Level 3, LTA - with 5 or more years experience managing professional tennis programs in the private club environment
• Demonstrable management and business skills - tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
• A+ level playing standard required
• Personality compatible with working in a family social environment, and with both adults and children
• Good judgement, strong sense of sportsmanship and fair minded approach to dealing with issues and problems so as to resolve conflicts quickly and equitably
• Sense of initiative and ability to take responsibility and work autonomously
• Previous achievement and success working in private clubs
• Professional level knowledge and understanding of the rules, skills, strategy and play of the game of tennis
• Must show an ability to work co-operatively with other staff, and be able to express him/herself clearly in both oral and written form in English
• Must be computer literate and competent in the use of MS excel
• Current First Aid and/or CPR certification
• Current working with children certification or similar

Salary is commission based - approx HKD$25k-35k per month
