Your Roles and Tasks
   In our department, we are responsible for
- Leading powertrain series change management in DTA such as engine, aftertreatment system, and transmission.
- Leading regional activity of global powertrain series change management such as engine, aftertreatment system, and transmission, etc.
 - Leading project management activity for powertrain.
 - The department consists of 4 teams. 2 in Japan and 2 in India are responsible product management of engine, aftertreatment system, and transmission. 
    
What you need to succeed:
   
- Our job is to lead the series change management of global and regional powertrain like engine, aftertreatment system and transmission. This task is very important and challenging in powertrain business to keep stable and profitable series production In addition, collaboration in regional line functions and global collaboration is a part of our daily job. Therefore, you can learn the international business skill and communication skill through our job.


- Experience in running an operational business unit (change management, release management, monetization processes, project management etc.).
     
 

Practical knowledge and experience
 - Necessary qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related functions
- Special skills/knowledge: Not necessary. If engine, aftertreatment system, and transmission, automobile engineering, and/or project management knowledge is available, it is preferable.  
  
Personal skill requirement
- Computer skills: Intermediate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred characteristics: To work with “Integrity, Passion, Open mind, Sociability, Curiosity and Adaptability”
  
Language skills
 - Japanese level : preferable 
- English level : Business
