Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to support corporate objectives for E2E TKM
• Define/Drive TKM Objectives Globally to achieve AGS DOW
• Monitor/Drive performance of agreements
• Drive ECO / ECR revisions supporting TKM
• Draft/Communicate Monthly Performance Decks
• Rapid Response Team (Chronic issues / Executive escalations)
• Hyper-care for next 12 months (Day to day ad-hoc support)
• Drive/Facilitate Contract Startup
• Drive/Facilitate Eval/Qual/Demos
• TKM Funnel, Readiness Management
• Readiness Meetings
• Ensure Operational readiness in advance of planned start date
• Maintain Readiness communication through 1st PM Cycle
• Manage Contract End (as needed)
• Drive CI projects identified through governance / readiness teams
• Identify/Drive projects to improve kit life cycle (KLC) – optimize processing lanes for TKM – Challenge status quo
• Global CI – GIS, Process, KLC, Cost, etc
• Reduce Execution Readiness Cycle Time
