  • The Owner of the Innovation at the BU level, and help to coordinate and launch brand campaigns and pilots
  • eManage the Pilots of all Innovation Products in BU inlcuding near-beer categories. Define commercial plans for the pilots and incubators of all Innovations. By following the process, be responsible for 7 points in SEP.
  • BUDWEISER SUPREME - Product Management. Be responsible for KPIs such as Net Revenue (Qualifier of individual KPI of BU PRESIDENT), Volume and Distribution.
  • BUDWEISER ALUMINUM - Product Management. Be responsible for KPIs such as Net Revenue (Qualifier of individual KPI of BU PRESIDENT), Volume and Distribution.
  • MIXXTAIL - Product Management. Be responsible for KPIs such as Net Revenue (individual KPI of BU PRESIDENT), Volume and Distribution.
  • Is expected to Directly Negotiate with Largest Accounts. Must personally lead the Flagship and "Fortress" Accounts of Supreme, Alum and Mixxtail.
  • COMMERCIAL PROPOSED INNOVATIONS - Launch products and manage pilots for innovation products in pilot phase.


  • Education:
    ?Education Level: University Degree, Bachelor or Above
    ?Major/ Specialty: major in Business Administration and marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience:
    ?The position requires an individual with at least 6 years’ experience of relevant experience in market research.
    ?The successful candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, strong project planning & management skills, experience with syndicated data as well as ad-hoc consumer research experience.
    ?Company specific work experience: Research experience in research agency and/or client side with proof record of achievements, experience working for / with fast moving multi-national FMCG companies in China and/or abroad
  • ?Language skills : Intermediate or above spoken and written English is preferable
    ?Computer skills : Basic knowledge in using office software
  • Core competencies:?Analytical mind, especially on finance and sales analysis.
    ?Excellent strategic thinking and planning ability.
    ?Strong communication skills, negotiating and interpersonal skills,.
    Other qualifications: Superior knowledge and familarity of market, customers and information channels
