Job Description

The Field Sales Sr. Supervisor is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team by setting targets and monitoring progress against them, communicating expectations, clearly defining sales strategies and the business vision, and addressing the needs of individual team members
  • Resolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient manner
  • Facilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategies
  • Develop team targets and coach members in reaching and exceeding targets by monitoring quality and quantity of work
  • Ensure that the team delivers appropriate levels of service
  • Monitor clients’ orders and resolve issues accurately, ensuring accuracy and promptness
  • Ensures compliance of managed team to all Citibank policies
  • Resource locations appropriately, ensuing that staffing needs are met
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in sales and management required
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Creative problem solving and detail strategic thinking skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
