We are actively recruiting a Global Lead, Organization Development to partner closely with our HR Executive Partners and Business Executives to support major growth and transformation.

General Profile:

  • Aligned partner to HR EPs (Executive Partners) to build/enable org capability with EP client groups in areas of organization development (org effectiveness, culture change, leadership capability building etc.)
  • Design, develop, implement OD solutions (programs, playbooks, approaches) aligned with Org and Talent strategies of HR EP client groups
  • Partner with other Talent and Organization Development experts (TM, Exec Capability Development) to build/provide integrated and systems-level

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HREPs

  • Partner with HREPs to support and enable their Org & Talent strategy that support business growth.
  • Diagnose needs, design and implement paths for building HR EP OD capability
  • Lead and integrate multiple processes and teams, balancing today’s business with the development and launch of new OD solutions and services
  • Work with multiple stakeholders (e.g., HREPs, HRLT, COEs) to provide leadership in the adoption/change management strategies and tactics to enhance effective implementation of organization development initiatives

OD Expert

  • Conceptualize, design, develop business cases and execute breakthrough OD solutions
  • Define the 3-5 year OD strategy and roadmaps and anticipate and plan proactively to address current and future business needs
  • Provide thought leadership and develop benchmarks/BKMs based on best in class OD solutions and processes
  • Identify meaningful insights/uncover critical opportunities to experiment, innovate, and implement high-impact OD interventions that can be scaled to the enterprise

Global Talent and Organization Development (TOD)

  • Be an integral member of global TOD team
  • Lead a network of TOD practitioners to design/implement OD solutions across the globe.
  • Actively leverage other TOD experts (Talent, Exec Capability, Manager/Employee Capability) to define and develop integrated and systems solutions
  • Focus on global scalability of all programs and solutions and monitor/measure effectiveness of programs owned and continuous improvement efforts

Skills:

  • Deep application of OD principles, theories, and concepts
  • Demonstrate breadth of organization development, consulting and coaching.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex data to derive actionable insights to frame problems/solutions.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively lead teams

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of OD areas, in organizational design, role design, organizational development, culture, organizational effectiveness, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of industry practices.

Experience:

  • 10-15 plus years of OD experience preferred
  • Experience in leading complex organizations through complex change programs
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and helping organizations scale

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred, MBA is a plus
