BON is an English TV Broadcast and international media company. This position will take responsibility for production management and the whole process from concept through to broadcast. Shows include news, lifestyle and feature content produced and directed by Chinese and western television professionals.

Task
· Choosing subjects, topics and ideas and planning shows
· Team Management (including western staff)
· Full responsibility for the entire production process
· Promotion and marketing of new TV shows
· Quality control and improvement
· Participation in other events related to company development

Qualification


· Master degree or above; majored in TV/broadcast or will accept related training
· Considerable work experience in TV production (or 5+ years’ work experience in a TV production or broadcasting institution)
· Studied and worked in Europe and/or America (English speaking countries)
· Fluent in English, written and spoken
· Aged 30 to 50
· Good work standards, highly diligent, highly professional
· Considerable understanding of sensitive issues relating to politics, international relations, and a strong grasp of managing media output regarding national and international events
