We are looking forward to a HR Generalist in Eaton’s Golf business, based in Tainan, Taiwan. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead talent acquisition : recruit, screen, interview and advise in the selection of all external and internal talent and internal transfer of the facility including management role, non-supervisory personnel, working level staffs and shop floor employees to meet manning strategy , and well-utilize corporate resource (TAC). Lead talent and manpower attraction and retention program to support plant transformation. Monitors program administration and evaluate effectiveness to ensure organizational needs are met and concerns are resolved. Optimize onboarding and staffing effeciency and effectiveness to satisfy employee experience in Golf pride. Build up employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition to reinforce meaningful and exciting working environment. Be the company inclusive and diverse culture ambassador to promote Golf Pride culture and Eaton core value to support employees' person-group fir and person-organization fit. Develop, recommend, implement and maintain company policies and procedures, conduct the effective and efficient communication through all channels to well-inform employees and coach stakeholder. Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of HR activities. Responsible for planning and executing varied counties improvement projects that are assigned to drive business growth. Qualifications Requirement: Human Resource, Business Management or Psychology Bachelor / Master Degree 6 years human resource experience above. Manufacturing or retail industries are plus. Technical knowledge Skill set of local recruitment, hiring ,performance management design are must. Expert in excel , PowerPoint and Office software. Office 365 or modern HR tool is plus. Soft skills Fluent English is a must. Ability to communicate professionally in a global team perspectative, and work with people at various levels inside and outside of the organization. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situations with discretion. Group facilitation and presentation skills. Able to jump out of HR field to learn and dive in financial and business operational field. Able to build internal and external network to optimize information and obtain best practice.
