This exciting role offers opportunity to: This position will lead safety and health(S&H) function through MESH system to achieve Golf Pride and Eaton's S&H goal with business continuity. Plan, deploy and execute the S&H system (ISO 45001) to improve the S&H to drive zero incident safety culture and keep zero. Maintain MESH/ISO 45001 S&H system Identify and control site level and workstation level risk Chemical management management of change Industrial hygiene monitoring Contractor management S&H inspection Develop and execute the S&H training plan as TW and EATON MESH requirement S&H communication Incident investigating, analyzing, statistics S&H monthly data/performance report enter into Eaton S&H system. Qualifications Bachelor or master degree in environment or science or safety or relative engineering. At least 3 years of experience in EHS and lead the team in S&H programs or build up the S&H system at manufacturing factory. Technical knowledge Class B S&H license is required. Expertise in S&H regulations and ISO 45001 standards. ISO 45001 leader assessor or environmental license will be plus. Soft skills Solid experience as an S&H professional computer skill (ex.Word, Excel, Power point) Ability to work in multicultural and international environment. Well work cross-function, communication, and coordination skill. Workable English in reading, and writing. We make what matters work.
