This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead the function of Machine and Equipment Reliability for the development, implement, maintenance, and improvement of all facilities of the plant and deploy the plant capital investment to improve machine efficiency and align company strategy. Responsible for formulating and ensuring the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans (TPM) in accordance with the Golf Pride operational strategies and plans Maintain and improve the reliability and integrity of the plant OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) with regard to machine & equipment, maintenance procedures and knowledge by statistical methods e.g. Six Sigma, 8D, A3 and FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) to achieve an optimized technical availability of the installations for the maximum of cost efficiency. Ensure the availability for Critical Spare Parts, Services and Contracts (including external contractors) for all Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance on the plant to support efficient execution of the maintenance activities. Define and implement performance leading and legging indicators and ensure periodical reporting of actual performance against predefined targets. Lead a Maintenance team and coordinate the internal and the external resources to ensure a safe and smooth operation of plant. Lead to comply with company EHS, fully understand hazard factors existing at the working environment, preventive measures and emergency plan and raise the EHS suggestions for the enhancement on safety and quality. Responsible tooling cleaning and resetting to fulfill production request. Responsible plant's water and electricity management and energy improvement for company sustainability. Qualifications Requirement: BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 7 years working experience in maintenance field or equivalent. 3~5 year working experience related to maintenance management, include 3 year managerial role is a must. Technical knowledge Experience in capital expenditure Firm understanding of planning maintenance activities C Class industry wiring testing is a plus Experience in ISO14001 is a plus Soft skills English ability: fluent on writing and reading.
