This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead, develop and drive sourcing strategies and saving initiatives for the responsible category and responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers In charge of the implementation of procurement strategies and ensures that sourcing strategies follow the procurement processes (RFx, contracting, invoicing, Supplier Diversity, etc.) for direct/indirect material, equipment, tooling, service and MRO Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives Lead and manage material supply risk to ensure business contingency by dual soucing, supply lead time negotitation and flexible material allocation with internal or external source for best possible supply service. Lead Golf Pride TW plant's material cost out program to identify and execute cost savings projects totaling 3% of spend YoY (net of material economics) through actions including: cost saving project management, negotiation of favorable payment terms, pricing, MOQ, lot sizes, etc. with suppliers globally. Responsible for managing the division cost out project pipeline including annual forecasting (profit plan), and monthly reporting (operating reviews). Partner with the New Product Development organization globally to identify and develop supplier relationships to support the creation of next generation breakthrough products. Identify strategic, preferred and developmental suppliers and manage ongoing selection of sources of supply to obtaining maximum advantage in price, quality, delivery, and stability of supply. Work with suppliers to increase value, quality, delivery performance and technology solutions to benefit Golf Pride TW plant Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Procurement/sourcing or related experience in a manufacturing setting 5+ years. CPPS certified preferred Minimum TOEIC Scores at 750. Sourcing relating experiences at 5 + years preferred Experiences with chemical, plastic industry or mechanical field 5 + years preferred90% English proficiency preferred Working knowledge of ERP system which Oracle, MFG Pro are preferred or demonstrate ability to learn and use new computer software programs quickly. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to interpret data. Ability to work well as a team member while demonstrating and promoting corporate initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills, fast respond, good sense of urgency and business acumen logical.
