This exciting role offers opportunity to: Be the contact of all EHS affairs from manufacturing. He/She will also help leadership team to enhance the safety behavior and build up safety culture.. Train and co-work with safety specialists from each manufacturing department. Plan and execute manufacturing safety environment improvement plan. Arrange daily safety Gemba activity and follow up correction plan status of safety issue. Support to investigate and analyze safety incident , near miss cases and make action plans and CI activities. Motivate "Zero incident" safety culture, follow up departments for improvement of achieving TRCR target. Collect, consolidate and arrange safety information and share with team in routine meeting. Implement stress relief program and health promotion activities among MFG. Regularly review and confirm LOTOV status and the effectiveness of JSA. Responsible for MFG operation data collection including output, O/T, leave hours, support Profit Plan preparation and other administration works. Responsible for continuous project that enhance safety and/or productivity improvement that demonstrate passionate and accountability. Dual report (dotted line) to EHS Manager. Other assigned tasks from direct managers. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor degree or above, major in Health, Safety or Environment 2 years above Safety & Health related experience would be plus. At lease certificate of level B technician for labor safety and health management is required. Have experiences of ISO14001/ISO45001 external audits Good english reading and writing skill will be better.
