1. Process start-up & trouble-shooting.
2. Process development for tool penetration.
3. Conduct basic training for customer or recognize our tools advantage.
4. Develop new or modified process formulations
5. Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems
6. Define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
7. Review product requirement with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods
8. Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
9. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in etch processes.

1. Master degree and above in physics, engineering, chemical, material, electrical, mechanical, or related fields, also with Plasma knowledge
2. Evidence of strong analytical, problem solving, influence, teamwork, business partnering
3. Have comprehensive knowledge and interest in process development/ integration in the semiconductor industry
4. A genuine interest in advanced technology and an on-going desire to learn
5. Good English communication capability
6. Effective communication both in written and verbal and interpersonal skill
