Your Roles and Tasks


The position is characterized by working as a consultant for the future eMobility customers of Fuso Trucks in Asia. In addition it also involves conceptual development of global ecosystem solutions. You as part of the consulting team will develop global blueprints with selected end customers and create regional adaptations of products, tools and services for the entry into the new world of e-mobility. This includes development of solutions in the areas of Sales, After Sales, Connectivity, IT and financial products – depending on your expertise!
The team carries out consulting projects at the customers and is going to train the regional sales team on eMobility solutions.
This also includes development of necessary methods and processes, as well as preparation of documents for top management levels and cross-functional exchange with colleagues from the eMobility teams of other Daimler divisions such as Cars, VANS and Buses.

To enable us to master this challenge, we are looking for several different profiles for our Customer System Consulting Team: 


- Sales experts (m/f) for the Fuso Trucks Asia brand and their customers


- After Sales experts (m/f)



- Truck finance and insurance experts (m/f)



- Digitalization and connectivity/telematics experts (m/f)



Your tasks in detail:

- You will actively collaborate in the development of the agile consulting team for the future eMobility customers of Fuso Trucks, as well as the cross-functional contact persons within Sales, After Sales, IT, Connectivity and DFS.


- You will develop the business and develop significant parts of the eMobility ecosystem offering


- You will develop global ecosystem product solutions and services for and with the eMobility end customers along the customer journey, including development of solutions for sales, after sales, connectivity, IT and financial products in cooperation with the global consulting teams in Portland and Germany.


- You will lead expert talks with customers and test of the designed product solutions.


- You will be responsible for the implementation of consulting projects for Fuso Customers in order to determine the optimal customer solution for the introduction/expansion of eMobility. 


-You will identify relevant (external) partners and will be handling difficult contract coordination and commissioning’s


- You will pilot complex cross-functional consulting services in cooperation with external consultants, IT providers and other relevant companies.

Qualification:

- Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, systems engineering or energy engineering.


- Professional experience in management consulting and sales/after sales/financial products/connectivity. 


- Assertiveness, negotiation experience. 

- Excellent communication and integration skills, and powers of persuasion.


- Project management


- Technological understanding of electromobility and the automotive industry, especially in the commercial vehicles sector


- English (fluent)


- Japanese (fluent)
