What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for driving revenue and profit for accounts in NA. You
will work in concert with the territory sales teams for those accounts by
providing the solution selling expertise needed to close new business. You
will also champion the innovative power of our Android solution offerings
within the reseller channel to help make our partners more productive in
selling our solutions. You will collaborate with our WW Commercial Android
team that develops our solutions to help identify solution requirements and
ensure proper training and enablement for your Android selling mission. These
Android solutions consist of integrated hardware, software, and services
provided by Lenovo and 3rd party development partners. This is a client-facing
sales role requiring industry experience, with expertise in closing deals,
driving adoption of new cloud technologies, and aggressive growth attainment.
• Develop selling relationships with the territory account reps and Technical
Client Advisors. You will not own accounts, but you will be an overlay sales
specialist in relationship accounts owned by the territory teams.
• Establish rapport with our OEM sales org to identify new and existing
opportunities.
• Owning and closing solution sales opportunities that you identify or that
are identified by the territory account teams
• Developing new account relationships with line of business decision makers,
outside of the traditional CIO domain, that are responsible for use case
solution decisions
• Collaborating with business partners that are focused on Android & mobile
solution selling and leveraging their skills to close new business
• Identifying solution requirements for our WW Commercial Android team based
on customer needs
• Coordinate trainings as needed for both internal sellers as well as end
customers and partners.

#### Position Requirements:
We're looking to add talented individuals who are self-motivated and desire

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5 or more years of successful solution (hardware, software, & services)
sales experience.
• Experience in selling Android or alternate slate devices is a plus.
• Track record of closing new business and developing/maintaining business
within existing accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar
quota.
• Executive relationship building within account set – comfort and confidence
with C-level conversations.
• Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large accounts
through solution-selling. and value-selling techniques.
• Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate.
• Ability to work cross GEOs with your peers in China as well as Europe and
Latin America.
