Position Description: Do you have a good understanding of the technology trends? Can you help us grow? We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader to drive our tablet business. You will be reporting to our Sr. Regional Business Operation Lead for Android Tablet in EMEA and LA Geos based in the UK and will be a part of the wider Tablet business group organization. What is waiting for you in this role? • Lead team as a bridge between the Business Unit and EMEA/LA Geos to drive business to achieve financial target with clear/competitive 4P alignment • Market Analysis: Lead team to create and deliver market dynamic analysis based on IDC/GFK data to understand the Commercial and Telco business environment including customer behavior and market opportunity • Business Operation and Business Development: Align with the tablet team to organize the product SKU/supply demand/promotion/business partner strategy & execution focusing on Telco and Commercial segments • Business Optimization: Focus on REV growth, reduce channel and operational loss, optimize profit and deliver positive financial result #### Position Requirements: What do we expect from you? • Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years’ experience in account sales/management or channel management in the Mobile industry (Online Vertical / Smartphone channel / Telco / other vendors: HW/SS) • Good understanding of EMEA and LA mobile business environment and competition • Good understanding of the product category and technology trend of tablet industry • Business and partner development background • Excellent English communication What we will offer you: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life • An international team with a high focus on diversity • Attractive compensation package We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
