To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Tactical Material Planner, you will manage value stream from supplier to distribution center, will be responsible for material availability and electrical finish goods inventory management. Maintains system inventory records and enters transactions. Achieve customer satisfaction through effective planning and executions. You will report directly to the Material Planner Team Leader. Your main responsibilities: • Manage flow of goods between Suppliers/Factories and Distribution Center • Ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time • Timely execute Purchase orders to vendors • Ensure that customer escalations are communicated to vendors • Communicate to customer service /OM in case there are changes to the supply plan that affect promised sales order dates • Manage Purchase Orders towards to suppliers and work on improvements in system in alignment with Strategical Planner • Allocate stock based on Order Management request • Manage inquiries from customer service and be the person to go at the first escalation level • Investigate and solve reasons of Blocked Invoices weekly • Provide Forecast to Vendors and understand the impact • Track and take continuous improvement actions for Material Planning KPI - On-time Delivery (OTD); Stock fill rate (SFR and S-OTD) • Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages to the DC´s (end to end ownership) • Coordinate deliveries from Suppliers to Distribution Center • Support any kind of challenging projects and stakeholder of several improvements Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: • Bachelor's degree in relevant area is preferred • Min. 2 years of experience gained in Supply Chain Management/ Order Management • Fluency in English • Experience with SAP MM module, strong confidence with MS Excel • Open, proactive, and cooperative • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Willing to take ownership • Analytical and cognitive • Ability to analyse operational problems in a short time based on data-driven KPIs and / or unexpected critical situations (eg.: Delivery Problems) What we offer to you: • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations • We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA • We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
