Tactical planner 高级库存计划专员
Description
Objectives of the Position
Task description
- Manage and optimize lifecycle parts inventory to ensure parts supply to customers.
Task description
- EOP parts management strategic
- Continuous improvement of EOP process
- Establish measures/countermeasures to eliminate/reduce potential risk of shortage/supply situation
- Monitoring status of different EOP cases and escalation/troubleshooting
- EOP parts management
- EOP parts list identification
- EOP parts long-term forecast and parts stock optimization (regular/bridge-buy/final buy quantities)
- Identify alternative supply solutions with MP and other suppliers
- EOP stocking strategy alignment with other functions/suppliers
- Prepare management decision presentation
- Others
- Monitoring of lifecycle impacts on budget and warehouse space
- Localization parts long term forecast
- OP planning (mid-/long term planning) for lifecycle assortment in regards to Stock on hand development forecast
Qualifications
Qualification required
- Education
- Bachelor Degree or above;
- Major in Supply Chain Management/ Automotive / Engineering /Logistics would be preferred.
- Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry would be preferred.
- Experience in aftersales supply chain management/inventory management would be preferred.
- Specific knowledge:
- Good knowledge to automotive after sales parts management;
- Project management experience preferred;
- Experienced in inventory planning & forecast;
- Analyzing and strong communication skills;
- Fluent spoken/ written English & Mandarin;
- Good MS office knowledge, especially in Power Point and Excel.
