Job Description
MISSION
( Why and what is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization the position exists )
· To manage the Laboratory compliance to TAF & BOE certifications including yearly process audit by governmental offices, test reports validation for each VCB manufactured in Taiwan LAC, calibration of test equipments & tools, alignment with factory practices & training of internal resources
· To ensure manage the incoming quality, in-process quality and out-going quality
· Ensure compliance to Local Adaptation charter on technical and quality aspects

· Manage the laboratory certification by TAF & BOE including yearly audits as well as equipments calibration & training of resources
· Collaborate with factory to align Laboratory & manufacturing process to leverage best practices and ensure VCB compliance to technical specifications from Continuous Engineering.
· Perform testors maintenance and calibration
· Define and execute Incoming Inspection procedure for components for local external and oversea internal suppliers
· Define and sustain Process-FMEA
· Define, sustain and execute Process Control Plan based on Process-PFMEA and CTQ
· Define finish good inspection procedure and supervise the final quality inspection (including visual inspection) on finish goods
· Supervise functional testers and reports
· Solve any technical issues during production (Level 1)
· Lead resolution of Customers complains
· Define solution to operation serious issue (Level 2) involving factory expertise center
· Define solution to operation critical customers issues (Level 3) involving factory expertise center
· Track Quality KPI and lead continuous improvement on Quality
· Ensure the production is made as per latest Bill Of Material defined by the Global Line of Business / Local Product Marketing
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience in quality and mechatronics
Business Understanding:
Having experience to Taiwan BOE / TAF certification process and audit
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :
Fluent in English, experience working with multi-cultural global teams in a matrix organization would be an advantage
